It was a beautiful Fall day for Oktoberfest in Harvard Square on Sunday, October 12th. To add to the fun, HONK! Fest swarmed the streets with bands from Boston, New York City, Providence, Rome and beyond. HONK! Fest started earlier in the day with a parade down Mass Ave towards Harvard Square to “Reclaim the Streets for Horns, Bikes & Feet.”
Club Passim set up an outdoor stage that featured performances by two of my favorites: Jenee Halstead and Mieka Pauley.

Great event. Something that everyone looks forward to each year. I wonder if there are Oktoberfest celebrations held in outdoor parks, is there?
