Four albums later and I finally saw Dear Leader live at the Paradise Rock Club on January 16th. I loved Aaron Perrino’s previous band, The Sheila Divine so I’m not sure why it took me so long to see his not-really-so-new-anymore band, Dear Leader. If you need one sentence to describe them, it’s this: epic arena rock you can dance to.

The Paradise Rock Club is my favorite spot for live music in Boston. There are three levels to see the bands and no matter where you’re standing or sitting, the sound is outstanding.
